With more than 25 years of experience in the construction industry, our roots in park home manufacturing stretch back to 1990.
Manning Luxury Park Homes was founded by Charles Manning, whose interest in engineering, construction and manufacturing began at an early age. Charles built his first park home at just 18 years old, and from there his experience grew across both park home manufacturing and the wider construction industry.
Over the years, Charles has worked on a wide range of high-end residential and commercial projects, developing a strong reputation for quality workmanship and an exceptional eye for detail and finish. Alongside this, he has been involved in the construction of more than 40 mobile and park homes, giving him a deep understanding of how these homes should be designed, engineered and built.
For Charles, construction has always come naturally. What began as an interest in making and building has developed into a genuine passion for creating homes that are beautifully considered, well engineered and made to last.
Over the years, he has also built a highly skilled and trusted team around him, bringing together experienced tradespeople who share the same standards and pride in their work. Together, the team combines traditional craftsmanship with modern construction methods, premium materials and careful attention to every detail.
Every Manning Luxury Park Home is approached as a labour of love. From the structure and engineering through to the final finishes, Charles and his team remain closely involved throughout the build, ensuring the same care and consideration is given to your home as they would expect in one of their own.
